My approach is grounded in creating a space where you can speak freely, reflect deeply, and explore what matters to you—whether it’s something overwhelming or something quietly persistent. I’m here to listen with care, to understand without judgement, and to support you in making sense of your experience.

At the heart of my work are the values of kindness, compassion, and empathy. I aim to offer a therapeutic relationship that feels safe, respectful, and collaborative—where you can feel seen and heard just as you are. Whether you're navigating anxiety, grief, identity, trauma, or simply seeking space to reflect, I tailor my approach to meet your needs.

I’m a qualified therapist registered with the BACP, with experience supporting clients from a wide range of backgrounds. Self-Development and growth are also extremely important to me so that I can offer more to my clients. I am currently studying for my Level 6 Degree and Supervisor qualification.

Away from the therapy room I enjoy sport, keeping active and healthy, I try to enjoy Cornwall and the area in which I live by walking and exploring as well. Although there is nothing wrong with a few hours curled up on the sofa with a good book, or a bit of Netflix and my cat Hercules .
