Supervision

As a qualified supervisor, my approach is grounded in the belief that supervision should feel safe, collaborative, and genuinely supportive of your growth as a practitioner. I work from a person‑centred foundation, bringing relational presence, empathic understanding, and a commitment to creating a space where you can explore your work openly and without judgement.

My supervisory style is reflective and developmental. I draw on the Seven‑Eyed Model and developmental frameworks to help you deepen your understanding of your client work, strengthen your clinical decision‑making, and build confidence in your professional identity. Supervision, for me, is a shared process where we think together, stay curious, and explore the therapeutic relationship from multiple angles.

I have experience supervising practitioners at different stages of their journey  from newly qualified counsellors navigating early practice to more experienced therapists seeking a reflective space to consolidate and grow. I aim to balance support with gentle challenge, helping you develop your skills while maintaining ethical, safe, and grounded practice.

Whether you are looking for ongoing supervision, a space to reflect on complex client work, or support as you develop your own therapeutic voice, I offer a warm, steady, and thoughtful supervisory relationship.

Together, we will explore your strengths, areas for growth, and the challenges that naturally arise in therapeutic work. My aim is to offer supervision that is supportive, ethically robust, and appropriately challenging a space where you can reflect openly, develop your professional identity, and feel more grounded in your work.
